Guys i am online 9 to 6 of the day and it's been that way from the time I started working as system adminitrator .
My system tray has about 32 processes running in it at any time and the task manager shows about 48 processes at any time, upto 67 at most times and the system is online 24/7; yet i have had no trouble in computer performance so far since i started using UBUNTU. The free Linux Version. I strrongly recomend you to change your oparating system to Ubuntu from Wnidows versions.
